Single-variety Pinot Noir, from the privately owned vineyards of the estate with very low acreage yield (500 kg /acre), at an altitude of 650 meters in the area of Siatista.

Harmony

Accompanies game, simmered beef (Bourguignon) and French cheeses such as Camembert. If it has some years on its back, it goes perfectly with mushroom dishes such as risotto, Wellington beef and papardelles with truffle sauce. It also accompany lamb with rosemary, beef fillet with red wine sauce and fish such as tuna tataki.
