Tasting Characteristics

It has a pale salmon color. Elegant nose of moderate aromatic intensity, with notes of juicy strawberry, cherry, bergamot, sweet watermelon, pink rose and Turkish delight. In the palate, it is medium bodied, with high aromatic intensity and medium (+) acidity that perfectly balances with its slight sweetness. Marshmallow, rose, Turkish delight, strawberry jam, sweet quince and rose water in brave doses. Floral aftertaste that lasts.

Syrah - Cabernet Franc

Vineyard

Viticulture zone in Central Greece. The vineyard (10 to 12 years old) is situated at an altitude of 280-380m.

Vinification – Maturation

Destemming, no crushing. Cold soak at 5°C for 12 hours and fermentation at gradually increasing temperatures, offering aromatic complexity to the wine. Post maceration with steering the lies for 2 months.

Harmony

Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif, pair with light red sauces pasta or spicy Asian cuisine dishes.
