This wine has light yellow colour with rich aromas of fresh flowers, green apple and peach.

Vinification – Maturation

The grapes are harvested before their maturation, in orred to give a low alcohol wine with acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, in order to achieve an aromatic wine. Then the "Rotating Cone Column" technique is applied to extract the alcohol.

Harmony

Accompanies seafood, raw oysters, sushi, also as an aperitif.
