Tasting Characteristics

Pale yellow-lemon color, with intense creamy texture. Pure Mediterranean, fruity aromas of melon and nectarine. Soft palate, with fruity taste and great aftertaste.

Vineyard

The grapes are cultivated in the heart of the Panedes.

Vinification – Maturation

After fermentation at a controlled temperature (12°C) in stainless steel tanks, the three grape varieties are blended. The wine is bottled and doughs are added to start the second fermentation. It stays with its wine sludge for at least 18 months, before the sediments are removed and the wine is bottled.

Harmony

Perfect to accompany desserts, it can also be used as a sweet aperitif.
