Pale yellow, lemon color, with a strong creamy texture. Pure Mediterranean, fruity aromas of melon and nectarine. Soft palate, with fruity taste and great aftertaste.

Vineyard

The grapes come from vineyards in Panedes.

Vinification – Maturation

After fermentation at a controlled temperature (12°C), in stainless steel tanks, the three grape varieties are blended. The wine is bottled and doughs are added to start the second fermentation. It stays with its wine sludge for at least 18 months, before the sediments are removed and the wine is bottled.

Harmony

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with a plate of cheese and raw seafood.
