Bright colours with golden clarity. On the nose a distinctive aromatic colour, with notes of citrus, peach, lemon blossom, jasmine and sweet rose. Elements require a softening of freshness, with cool aromas of citrus, lemon and citrus. High acidity and fine balance.

Vineyard
Thus, in the viticultural zone of Ritsona and at an altitude of 200-220 meters, the privately owned vineyard of the Petriesa estate flourishes, covering an area of 65 acres of old vineyard (over 50 years old) and 150 acres of newly planted vineyard, with pine-covered hills and always following the right agricultural practices.
Vinification – Maturation
Sorting, deboning, extrusion, pre-fermentation extraction for 6 hours. Controlled fermentation in free flowing must only. Short-term maturation on the fine wine lees.
Harmony
It ideally accompanies salads, appetizers and the first dishes of a meal. Combines harmoniously with green pies, cheese crepes, pasta with seafood and grilled fish.
