Tasting Characteristics

Pale lemon colour. Intense nose with floral and herbal notes, harmoniously linked with aromas of stone fruits and citrus fruits. Medium body with pleasant acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste.

Vinification - Aging

The vinification temperatures were kept low and, thanks to the contact with the lees after fermentation, the intensity of the terpene character was reduced in order to achieve a greater aromatic complexity. Will respond to aging for up to 4-5 years after harvest.

Perfect Pairing

It can be combined with a wide range of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with seafood dishes and oily fish. Also with roast poultry, pasta, risotto, creamy sauces, green salads and vegetables.
