Τasting Characteristics

Α wine with deep purple color, fruity aromas of blackberry, plum and sour cherry, spicy aromas of black pepper, cloves and nutmeg and sweet aromas of chocolate, caramel and nuts. On the palate, it has full and round body, balanced acidity, rich velvet tannins, flavors of red and black fruits and sweet spices with a long complex finish.

Vineyard

The vineyard of Theopetra Estate covers 15 hectares situated in the east of Meteora, on hilly slopes around the prehistoric cave of Theopetra.

Vinification – Maturation

Controlled fermentation and aging in French and American oak barriques for 12 months.

Harmony

It accompanies spicy red meat, dishes with tomato sauce and rich cheese.
