Vineyard

The vineyards are located at an altitude between 450 and 550m and have a slope between 3 and 7%. Most of the varieties are planted in linear vineyards trained in double cordon royat.

Vinification – Maturation

The wine is aged in new barrels from French oak barrels of 225 medium and medium compositions for 6 months. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels 225l of medium and medium compositions for 6 months. It can age up to 5 years.

Ηarmony

Combine it with pork with plums in tomato sauce, pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce and why not with salmon in soya sauce.
