Vivid ruby color with purple highlights. Intense aromas of mature red fruits, plum and hints of pepper. Velvet mouth with soft tannins and an aromatic, fruity aftertaste.

Vinification – Maturation

The pre-fermentation extraction (skin contact) method is applied for three days. The wine then follows a classic red wine vinification and matures for 4-6 months in stainless tanks with oak chips.
