Τasting Characteristics

Its color is deep with some purple shades. It has an excellent and complex structure. Aromas of ripe fruit, such as raspberry and plum, combined with dried tomato and pepper. To its dark character are added the noticeable notes of oak with a long aftertaste capable of traveling.

Vineyard

East slope of Asprokampos Nemea, 650 meters, clay-calcareous soil with very good drainage and mountainous vineyard in Amynteo, Florina at 600 meters.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic red wine method of vinification with extractions of 15-20 days. The varieties are vinified separately and the final Cuvee is made before bottling. These varieties remain for 24 months in oak barrels from the forests of the Allier of France and the Caucasus of Russia. Then, after being bottled, they will age in the underground cellars of the winery for 12 months.

It accompanies rich dishes of Mediterranean cuisine with a preference for red meats and mature cheeses.
