Tasting Characteristics

Light lemon color. On the nose aromatic, with citrus fruits (citrus, lime or lemon) as well as peach, mango and citrus notes. The mouth is rich with pleasant acidity, there are aromas of citrus, lemon blossoms.

Vinification – Maturation

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Ageing potential, minimum of 3 years.
