Τasting Characteristics

Deep ruby color. Pronounced black fruit aromas, blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, green bell pepper, eucalyptus and vanilla. The fruits, the vegetables and the oak give the wine complexity and balance. High acidity, high tannins, full body and long finish.

Vineyard

From selected vineyards of the private owned vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece. The first international variety planted in the Domaine.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic red vinification under controlled temperature in our underground cellars. It ages for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels.

It pairs welli with T-Bone steak, bbq pork steak, roasted lamb, rib eye steak, lamb chops, meatballs, pork or lamb gyros.
