The rumor that the vermouths of the Riserva Carlo Alberto series are named after the King of the Piedmont region of Sardinia, Carlo Alberto (1831-1849) has now been established.

Tasting Characteristics

Clear, light amber colour with golden highlights. Balanced palate with sweet notes of honey and bitter hints of citrus peels, coriander and cardamom predominate. Intense aromas of jasmine, tarragon and citrus peels. Dry finish with strong notes of wild herbs.

The process

Riserva Carlo Alberto Bianco is a white vermouth flavored with 25 carefully selected spices, herbs, flowers, berries and fruits, soaked for 40 days in 45% pure alcohol. Aged for 3 to 6 months.

Ideal to cool your palate if consumed clean and frozen or to perfect the taste of cocktails that require white vermouth.
