The story of Cia Tequileras Los Alambiques starts in 2005 when a farmer and a tequilero with common love for tequila and inspired by the tradition of wine wanted to prove that the concept of terroir exists in tequila too. Thus, they came together with Thomas Estes to crate the Ocho tequila, an authetic expression of blue agave.
