Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has earthy and spicy notes, combined with many citrus fruits. In the mouth it is dry, very aromatic, relatively bitter and salty, with hints of spices. There are noticeable flavours of chamomile, orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime and some herbs.

The process

Maceration of herbs, spices and citrus peels in neutral grain spirit.

Served

It goes well with carbonated cocktails based on gin, some brandy and some scotch, adding them more depth. It is also a good choice to mask the flavour of egg in some cocktails.
