Tasting Characteristics

Bright, light golden color. Warm notes of burnt pineapple on the palate, quite round, with excellent aromatic complexity, perfect balance and exemplary length in the mouth. Dynamic nose with aromas of well-ripened pineapples that diffuse buttery notes. Long finish with a lingering aroma.

It is served straight with ice, with wine or champagne, in cocktails or as a syrup in ice cream and cakes.
