Mixer cherry does not have the rough taste of sour cherry, but a delicate and refined taste, which is further highlighted along with the aroma of the fruit, when mixed with alcohol and fruit juices.

Best Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Cherry Julep

25 ml Mixer cherry puree
50 ml bourbon
25 ml fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon brown sugar
mint leaves

Put the mint leaves, the cherry puree and the sugar in a glass and muddle gently. Add ice and bourbon on top. Garnish with mint and cherries.

Cocktails without alcohol

Guava Berry Sparkler

25 ml Mixer cherry puree
25 ml Mixer guava puree
240 ml soda water

Fill glass with ice. Pour the ingredients over ice. Top up with soda water, stir gently and serve.
