Tasting Characteristics

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Berry Brumble

• 30 ml Mixer forest fruits puree
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 60 ml gin

Half fill shaker with ice crush. Add ingredients and shake vigorously. Serve into an old fashionable glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Purple Sand

• 30 ml Mixer forest fruits puree
• 15 ml Mixer banana puree
• 15 ml Mixer peach puree
• 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice

Fill glass with ice and pour into blender. Pour ingredients over ice and blend until smooth. Serve into a hurricane glass.
