Cocktails with alcohol

Pineapple Almond Gin Sour

15 ml Mixer pineapple puree
10 ml almond syrup
50 ml gin
25 ml lemon juice
1 egg

Blend them all together in a shaker and strain into a martini glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Pineapple Sparking Lemonade

30 ml Mixer pineapple puree
30 ml fresh lemon juice
150 ml soda water

Add all ingredients to a glass of ice.
