In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Beetroot Negroni

15 ml Monin beetroot puree
30 ml dry vermouth
30 ml gin

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice cubes, stir to chill and strain into a chilled glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Beetroot Agave

20 ml Monin beetroot puree
5 ml agave syrup
60 ml fresh grapefruit juice
10 ml lime juice

Top with ginger beer.
