Monin pineapple puree with tropical taste with a unique sweet and sour character.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Pineapple Almond Gin Sour

• 15 ml Monin pineapple puree
• 10 ml Monin almond syrup
• 50 ml gin
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 1 egg

Blend them all together in a shaker and strain into a martini glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Pinapple Sparkling Lemonade

• 30 ml Monin pinapple puree
• 30 ml Monin cloudy lemonade
• 150ml soda water

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes, stir, and serve.
