30ml Monin yuzu puree
8 mint leaves
15 ml fresh lime juice
60 ml lemonade
120 ml champagne or sparkling wine

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes, shake vigorously, pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, serve.

Yuzu Green Tea

15ml Monin pinapple puree
200ml green tea
1 slice of lemon
