Cocktails with alcohol

60 ml vodka
40 ml Giffard cranberry syrup
20 ml Giffard rose syrup
fill with tonic

Ice up the glass. Pour the ingredients. Briefly stir gently. Serve

Cocktails without alcohol

Rose de Lait

25 ml Giffard rose syrup
150 ml milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Pour the ingredients into a blender. Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour out to a glass with no ice. Serve.
