Cocktails with alcohol

Diwali

10 ml Whisky (scotch)
20 ml Mangalore liqueur
5 ml Giffard strawberry syrup
50 ml pineapple juice

Add the ingredients to a shaker. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Serve.

Cocktails without alcohol

Red Berries

10 ml Giffard raspberry syrup
10 ml Giffard strawberry syrup
fill with soda water

Ice up the glass. Pour the ingredients. Briefly stir gently. Serve.
