Marie Brizard caramel syrup is made from pure sugar and natural caramel infusions. It is quite concentrated and highlights the authentic taste of caramel.

Marie Brizard Syrups were created out of the need for a non-alcoholic concentrated flavour. Useful to every bartender and barista, they are the delicious secret of success in thousands of cocktails, but also in hot or cold drinks.

Cocktails with alcohol

Caramel Hot Toddy

• 20 ml caramel syrup Marie Brizard
• 40 ml dark rum
• 1 lemon
• 1 cup of hot water
• 1 tea bag

Coat the bottom of a tea kettle with the Marie Brizard Caramel Syrup. Add the dark rum and lemon juice. On the side, infuse the tea with hot water, then pour it into the kettle. Serve in a tea cup. Decorate with colves and a lemon wheel.
