Cocktails with alcohol

Pomegranate Breakfast Cider

30 ml pomegranate juice
15 ml Monin apple syrup
15ml fresh lemon juice
20ml Monin cinnamon
top apple cider
Fill serving glass full of ice.

Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed. Add ice from serving glass. Cap, shake and pour back into serving glass. Add garnish and serve.

Cocktails without alcohol

Cinnamon Fluff Cocoa

20 ml Monin cinnamon
15 ml Monin toasted marshmallow syrup
50 ml Monin dark chocolate sauce
200 ml hot milk

Pour all ingredients except milk in a cup. Stir. Heat the milk with the nozzle of the espresso machine and fill in the cup. Garnish and serve.
