Tasting Characteristics

Dried or powdered ginger has traveled from India to Europe for 2000 years. Its name comes from the Sanskrit word "stringa vera", which means "with the body like a horn" and refers to the ginger that has a similar shape. In medieval Europe, ginger was so popular that it was believed to come from the Garden of Eden. Due to the spicy characteristics, it gives you a warm feeling when you consume it. There are many uses, from cookies to Asian cuisine, or even soft drinks such as Ginger Ale which is one of the most famous Soft Drinks.

Cocktails with alcohol

• 10 ml syrup Monin ginger
• 20 ml syrup Monin mango
• 40 ml rum
• 3 pieces of lime
• 7 mint leaves
• soda
  Put the ingredients in an ice shaker, shake and serve in a cocktail glass

Cocktails without alcohol

Ginger & Co

• 20 ml syrup Monin ginger
• 3 slices of lime
• 200 ml energy drink
  Squeeze the lime in a low glass with MONIN Ginger. Add ice, energy drink, and serve.
