Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of oak, hazelnut and other nuts, sweetness of red fruits, but also hints of vanilla. In the mouth it has a warm alcohol feeling, with flavours of grapes, citrus fruits and apples, along with traces of oak, that do not overshadow the rest. The finish is of medium length, with a few spices and notes of oak and almond.

The process

It consists of 40 spirits, which come from the older areas of Cognac. Thanks to the unique art of the Hennessy Master Blenders, V.S. remains the same from 1865, the year of its creation by Maurice Hennessy.
