Metaxa 12 Stars 700ml

This is the revival of the most important period in the history of Metaxa, of the decade 1925-1935, when the exports of the drink to Europe and America increased sharply. The original dry recipe is restored in a bottle, which faithfully follows the design of that time.

Tasting Characteristics

Amber coloured, on the nose it has aromas of oak, vanilla, dried fruit and tobacco. In the mouth it is dry, with a velvety full body, with strong wood character.

The Process

Authentic, old Metaxa spirits mature in oak casks and are carefully selected to create a completely different taste from the rest of Metaxa spirits. The taste of Metaxa 12* is dry, as it is created without the addition of muscat wine.
