Tasting Characteristics

On the nose aromas of lavender, juniper and citrus fruits. In the mouth clear are the elements of angelica and pine. The finish it is quite floral and herbal, with moderate duration.

The process

Neutral grain spirit (at 96% ABV) is infused with the flavours and aromas of Bulldog's 12 distinctive botanicals, inside a copper pot still. This allows the botanicals to release their essential oils inside the alcohol base, before distillation. The herbs used are lemon, lavender, angelica, white poppy, dragon eye, lotus leaves, almonds, coriander, juniper, irris, cassia and licorice.
