Tasting Characteristics

Floral on the nose, with citrus notes. Peppery in the mouth, with juniper protagonizing and notes of berries and green tea following. Its finish is spicy, with elements of pepper and yuzu.

The process

Etsu Japanese Gin is produced at the Asahikawa Distillery of Hokkaido. The herbs are infused in pure alcohol for 24 hours, before distillation in copper pot still takes place.

Served

Excellent in a gin & tonic, in a Dry Martini, as well as with ice and spearmint leaves.
