Tasting Characteristic

On the nose it has aromas of laurel leaves and licorice, but with the dominant aroma of juniper. In the mouth, it is dry, complex, very well balanced, with a characteristic freshness of mastic. Its finish is clear, with the flavours of juniper, licorice, laurel and mastic lasting long.

The Process

Distilled in a traditional copper pot, with the ingredients infused into pure agricultural alcohol.

Best Served

So balanced, it can be easily enjoyed plain or on the rocks. Ideal for all classic gin cocktails, not covering the rest of the ingredients.
