Bruxo X Espadin Barril Joven 700ml

The word "bruxo" is synonymous with "shaman", the ancient sage of the tribe, the enlightened. The letter "x" refers to the origin and pronunciation of the word, just like the words "Oaxaca" and "Mexico". Bruxo bottles differ from batch to batch, so be sure to look at each bottle for details.

Tasting Characteristics

It has a delicate taste of citrus fruits, accompanied by notes of flowers, pistachios and jicama. Leaves a taste of citrus peels, chamomile and honey on the palate, along with a mineral dose.

The process

Made from a mixture of 80% agave Espadin and 20% agave Barril. Fermentation takes place in Sabino wood and the result is double distilled in copper pot stills. Bruxo X is made in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, by Juan Morales, son of Maestro Mezcalero Lucio Morales. It is bottled in a wonderful bottle and offered at a very good price, in reference to its exquisite quality.

Served

Ideal for cocktails, such as Smokin’ Hot Paloma, M&M (Montenegro & Mezcal), but also many well-known tequila cocktails, such as Margarita. Matches well with citric and salted food.
