The worm in the bottle is the larva of the Comadia redtenbacheri moth, which lives in Mexico and in the southern part of the state of Texas

Tasting Characteristics

The aromatic palette of this spirit brings to mind smoky aromas, "earthy hints and pepper. The taste has also a distinctive smoky character, reminiscent of barbeque, while the aftertaste has the vitality of minerality.

The process

Made of Espadin agave. Fermented in vessels made of white pine, double-distilled and bottled at 38% vol.

Served

Enjoy with orange slices and salt. Can also be added in delicious cocktails.
