Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has a pure sweet aroma of agave, with hints of white pepper, clove and flowering lilac. In the mouth it is dry, with the aromas of the nose becoming more intense. The finish is spicy.

The process

Olmeca Blanco is a high-quality tequila, distilled exclusively in pot distillers to achieve a purer tequila, which is bottled immediately after distillation. Its specialized and unique production process combines hand-picked agave plants, red brick ovens, yeast and distillation in small copper distillers. Produced exclusively at the Destileria Colonial de Jalisco located in Arandas, in the Los Altos de Jalisco area, at an altitude of 2,100 meters. It is an area with a designation of origin. The rich red soil of the area is the key element for the unique profile of this particular tequila.
