Masterfully balanced tequila, delicate and smoky at the same time.

The process

Agave is pit-roasted in artisanal underground ovens for 48 hours, using heated stones and special firewood. The agave is first cut, then covered with dried agave fiber and sealed with moistened earth. Intensely smoked agave is balanced with traditionally cooked agave. Fermentation and double-distillation follows and the spirit produced rests in oak barrels for over two months.
