Tasting Characteristics

Nose with aromas of pineapple, banana and tobacco. Taste is dominated by tropical fruits, oak and spices. Smooth, medium-lengthed finish, with a pleasantly smoked character.

Production

Aged for a minimum of 12 months in the casks, infused with top quality red Spanish cooked pineapples.

Best served

In cocktails, with pineapple as a base or as an ingredient.
