Sierra Silver is a pure white tequila. It is characterized by its full, fruity, fresh aroma, which is dominated by elements of chili, green apple and young pineapple.

The process

It was born in the depths of Mexico, from the fruit of the Agave tequiliana W., a blue plant that thrives only at altitudes of 1500 to 2000 meters, in Jalisco region. Sierra Silver is an excellent blend of agave fruit juice, cane sugar and enzymes. After double distillation in standard bins of discontinuous operation, the tequila is bottled immediately.
