Tasting Characteristics

Anise and peppermint are most prominent on the palate when drinking Galliano Autentico. An explosion of fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus follows. A lingering taste of smooth vanilla, refreshing peppermint and spice remains.

The process

Galliano's recipe has remained the same since 1896. Five careful stages are part of its production process and each of them reflects its quality and excellence. More than 25 carefully selected herbs and spices are essential in its production: asteroid anise from China, Mediterranean anise, wild cypress, lavender, mint and, finally, the soft and discreet taste of vanilla. Everything is carefully mixed and filtered to give Galliano high quality.

On the rocks, simply with juice or in a cocktail.
