Tasting Characteristics

Caramel shade, fresh aromas of fruit and rose along with some notes of wood. Intense vanilla, cocoa, and dried fruit in the mouth, with hints of honey and citrus. Soft and slightly sweet finish with dark chocolate flavours.

The Process

It is distilled only from grape marcs from selected Thessalian vineyards, which are strictly selected especially for this drink. Its traditional multiple distillation, its aging in oak casks and the selected blend of different years and casks, lead to the creation of an excellent Greek drink with a very mild taste and aftertaste that is not forgotten.

Best Served

Enjoy it with ice and juice or with a slice of orange / mandarin!
