Tasting Characteristics

Bright, the colour of old gold. Complex bouquet of aromas with references to both the grape variety, notes of dried fruit, and to the ageing, with vanilla, toasted dried nuts and tobacco dominating. Excellent combination of strength, complexity and finesse. Velvety, with a very long finish.

The Process

Ageing takes place in old oak barrels, used for Amethystos Sauvignon Blanc.
