With the opening of a bottle of Old Spirit, aromas of vanilla, wood, rose, honey and chocolate emerge.

The Process

This fine distillate, aged in oak barrels, is characterized by a strong aroma and full flavor. With the highest score, thus holding the top of the gold, it has been awarded two golden medals in the International Competition of Wine & Spirits of Thessaloniki, which is under the auspices of the International Organization of Vine and Wine. After the wine processing, the grape marcs of Moschato Tyrnavou are distilled in modern distillers, perfectly highlighting the aromatic character of the variety. The distillate then matures in oak barrels, for at least 5 years.
