Tasting Characteristics

The liqueur has an intense but elegant aroma of nuts, fruity and wood and has a soft taste, slightly sweet and without any spikes.

The process

Marasca sour cherries are distilled and aged for 2 years in barrels from Finland (whose wood does not give any color to what they contain). Then the distillate is diluted with water and the sugar is added. The characteristic taste and aroma reminiscent of almonds comes from the crushed sour cherry seeds, while the recipe includes a little honey.

Served

Enriches the taste of various cocktails, such as the authentic Hemingway Daiquiri.
