Tasting Characteristics

Pure colour, with strong citrus aromas with some bitter notes of curacao. In the mouth it is soft while the citrus flavours are balanced and ripe.

The process

It is produced mainly from curacao, sweet oranges and tangerines but also other ingredients such as dried orange blossom (zagara), pennyroyal, vervain. In distillation, the "heads" and "tails" are separated, and you use only the "heart" which is the best piece, which is sent to a second distillation.

Served

On the rocks, while it makes a great combination with cocktails.
