Tasting Characteristics

Mild taste of fresh coconut with a sweet finish - ideal to take you to a sunny island at any time. Malibu has a rich, balanced coconut aroma, slightly "baked" and a rich creamy coconut flavor with vanilla. The body is thick and creamy, with a mild warm taste of rum and a silky finish that lasts.

The process

Originally made from fruit spirits, flavoured with rum and coconut flavouring in Curacao.

Served

Enjoy it in a Malibu Pineapple:

- 50 ml Malibu Original 2 parts

- 100 ml of pineapple juice

- 1 small slice of lime.

Fill an iced highball glass with ice cubes and add the Malibu. Fill with pineapple juice. Garnish with a small slice of lime. You can also enjoy it with many other drinks like Malibu & Cola or Pina Colada.
