Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of botanicals, spices, floral and citrus notes mainly of cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, rose, coriander and orange peel. In the mouth it is slightly bitter and spicy with a round feel and mild licorice flavours. The finish consists mainly of citrus fruits and spices with some traces of floral notes.

The process

Based on an authentic 1872 recipe, Martini Bitter consists of a unique combination of rare exotic herbs. The unique bitter aged in oak barrels highlights its roots and its special taste character.

Served

On the rocks, simply with juice or in a cocktail.
