Tasting Characteristics

Martini Rubino has a rich, bittersweet and complex taste. On the nose it has aromas of pepper, berries and herbs. In the mouth it is fruity with prickly pear flavours, some woody-tannic and sweet with red berries. The finish is long with a refreshing botanical flavour and some notes of fruit.

The process

Produced from wines of the Piedmonte region. Aged for at least 2 months in oak casks for a richer taste.

Served

Enjoy it on the rocks, while it combines wonderfully with the most creative cocktails.
