Aromas of bitter almond, baked bread and biscuit emerge from Kernel Mahlepi liquer. Notes of coconut, hazenut and crumb are also present. Its concentrated mouth offers brioche and orange flavors. The balance between acidity and sweetness continues in the aftertaste.

Process

Prunus mahaleb cherries, variety St. Lucia, are soaked in alcohol, for this innovative liquer to be made.

Served
