In addition to the four basic ingredients, namely water, malt, yeast and hops, the Ikarian Brewery adds love as the fifth ingredient of its beer. Ikariotissa is a beer with an Ikarian temperament. Built in the place of longevity, it owes its name to the island's matriarchal tradition. Its delicate taste and intoxicating aromas represent it well.
